A 15% Design Fee of the estimated total project cost is due prior to any design service. The Design Fee includes one rendering, two revisions and a site visit as Social Supply deems necessary. The Design Fee will be applied towards the overall project cost.

Should the Client choose to cancel the project, the design fee will be forfeited. If the scope of work on the project is reduced, the design fee can be applied toward a maximum of 15% of the new project cost while the remaining portion of the design fee is forfeited. If the scope of work on the project is increased and additional design services are necessary, the design fee will be increased to 15% of the new total project cost. Once the design has been approved the Design Fee will be applied to the total project cost (up to 15%) and a 50% deposit on the remainder of the quote will be due to secure the project.
